Sifnos to Folegandros 6 hours boat charter-cruise

Hop on a majestic cruise through the Cyclades, from Sifnos to the Island of Folegandros. Our journey will begin in the Marina of Platis Gialos with a southeast course. Shortly after we will pass through the uninhabited island of Kitriani, which houses one single building—the Church of Panagia Kitriani.

Now, moving further southwards, in around sixteen nautical miles, we will reach Folegandros. At this point, we will be making our first stop at Agios Georgios, which is a small and tranquil bay, allowing the indulging waters and ethereal beach to entertain you.

As we move further south east, we will sail past the beaches of Ambeli and Vathi Bay. From here, we can also glimpse the beautiful Agios Nikolaos beach and Agali beach. These are two of the most popular beaches in the island and a dip in the water, along with a quick coffee is one way to dive into the beauty of Folegandros.

Agali is where we will start as we make our way towards Katergo, known to be the most beautiful beach in Folegandros. It is well known for its serene, unique waters thanks to the unique morphology of the coastline.

Once we are done indulging in the fun at Katergo, our next and last stop will be Karavostasis, which is the main port of Folegandros. From here, it is recommended to take a bus to Chora from the port, where you will be able to enjoy Folegandros’ Chora, beautiful town sitting on top of the hilly island.

Built above the Bay of Piaka, Chora offers a breathtaking view and stunning buildings of Cycladic architecture, embodying the essence of the Greek islands. As you explore its picturesque streets, you’ll have time to enjoy a coffee and visit the local shops.

For those who love walking, a visit to Panagia of Folegandros is highly recommended—the panoramic view from the church will be one of the most unforgettable moments of your trip.

After our visit, we return to Karavostasis Beach, where we board the boat and begin our journey back to Sifnos.
